OnTop Notepad allows you to edit text with keep on top and snap features.

This little utility will come in useful for those times that you need to have the text editor always visible so you can simultaneously work with another application. It saves you clicks by eliminating the need to keep switching between apps which can be quite annoying.

With OnTop Notepad you have multiple options like Toggle OnTop Window that allows you to switch between normal and on top window state by using the toggle OnTop menu or the Ctrl+T hotkey. You can also use the Quick Window Snap which allows changing window position to snap on to the predefined corners of your screen. This can be performed through the drop-down menu or by using hotkeys; Top - Ctrl+Alt+T, right - Ctrl+Alt+R, bottom - Ctrl+Alt+B, and left - Ctrl+Alt+L. The display can also be configured to display line numbers (Ctrl+L) or not depending on your preference as well being able to export a note to PDF which is included in the File menu.
